Application Process among Europe (Erasmus+ KA103)

Before applying for the Erasmus+ program please make sure to check the eligibility part so that you will make sure that you are eligible for application.

Every year under every project, IBU opens an internal Call for Applications at the beginning of the academic year which is open to all staff members, transparent and distributed via email, website and social media. When the call is published staff members are allowed to apply for an Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Teaching or Training. The interested staff member should:

  • Choose the university of their choice here
  • Contact the related university (contact information can be found on the university website or at the International Relations Office)
  • Get an Invitation Letter from the host university
  • Submit the Staff Application Form and Invitation Letter to the International Relations Office or via email at iro@ibu.edu.mk

Selected Applicants

Within two weeks after the call is closed, the staff members who will be selected to participate in the program will need to complete the following:

  • Staff Mobility for Teaching – Mobility Agreement
  • Staff Mobility for Training – Mobility Agreement

This document should be fulfilled in coordination with the International Relations Office and signed by three parties: the staff member, the home institution, and the host institution prior to departure.

After Mobility

When the staff member returns from the host institution, they must validate their mobility with a Certificate of Attendance including the dates (start and end date) of the mobility.

Additionally, after the mobility, the staff member will receive an Erasmus+ Participant Report via email which must be completed in order for the mobility to be considered as valid. The report is fulfilled and submitted online.

Application Process beyond Europe (Erasmus+ KA107)

Before applying for the Erasmus+ program please make sure to check the eligibility part so that you will make sure that you are eligible for application. Depending on the nature of the published call and the university with whom the project is active, the staff member should also check which study programs are eligible and whether the call refers for teaching or training

When the call for applications is open, it will be distributed among the staff members via email, website and social media. The interested staff member should:

  • Check eligibility criteria
  • Submit the Staff Application Form and to the International Relations Office or via email on iro@ibu.edu.mk

Selected Applicants
